When you need to replace your device, B Care Express (data analysis and replacement for crush cases are currently not supported) sends the replacement product back to you faster. For other scenarios, you can request service.

How to extend B Care Refresh?
If you have purchased B Care Refresh for your product, you can extend the service with B Care Refresh (1-Year Plan) at BOOSTOR Store within 15 days after the current service expires. You can extend up to three years.
